Job title: English Teacher;
Provide English course to students of all ages (3 to 12 m ainly);
Give demos to new students an d do marketing activities;
Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do paper work requi red;
Handle all class sizes from 1 on 1 to grou ps;
5 working days per week, available on weekend;
Working hours per week: 30 (22 teaching + 8 flexible hours)
Benefits Package
Basic salary: 11,000+ RMB per month; (two y ears teaching experience required)
Bonus system
Contract completion bonus: 9,000 RMB;
Bonus for successful demo, custom er ret ention, clas s regr ouping and new teacher recommendation;
Quarterly evaluation bonus: 300 to 1,000 depending on performance;
Overtime pay: 200 RMB per hour for extra teaching
Bonus of Monthly Produced ACH up to 4000 RMB.
Allowance system
Housing allowance: 1,800 RMB per month;
Reimbursement of flight ticket to China: 6,000 RMB as maximum;
Flight allowance: 6,000 RMB on the completion of contract;

Requirements
Native English speaker preferred;
Bachelor's or Master’s degree and majored in education preferred;
At least 2 years related experience with reference letter;
TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred;
22 to 45 years old
Salary: 12000 CNY to 17000 CNY Monthly
