1.Order Processing & Follow-ups – Process given orders until shipments.
2.Co-ordinate among internal office(s) to accomplish tasks.
3.Coordinate production status with factory, shipping department to ensure timely delivery.
4.Handling new enquiries, costing analysis, quote preparation samples and supervising OEM developments.
5.Preparation of various order documents like PI, PO, vendor registration documents.
6.Sourcing – Source products, suppliers for development of potential buyers/orders.
Requirements:
1. 3-5 years relevant experience as Sales Merchandiser for Handbags/Footwear or Accessories category.
2.Strong experience in merchandising role for international trading company is a must, with strength in all areas from marketing, operations, documentation, payments.
3.Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
4.Proficient in MS-EXCEL/WORD/PPT, Strong computer skills..
5.Hardworking, self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn.
6.Must be able to work independently, have strong multi - tasking abilities, resourceful and proactive.
7. Based in Hangbags/Footwear & ACCESSORIES Category
8.Travel to places if necessary
9.Remuneration:
Salary: 7-10K, Negotiable,can be more if you are excellent.
