You will create the logical back-end and develop the core computational logic of our technical platforms such as web applications and web services.
Maintaining the central database and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the Front-End will be key elements of this position.
Responsibilities
• Build reusable codes and libraries for future use
• Optimize applications to reach maximum speed and scalability
• Design and implement security & data protection
• Design and implement the database
• Participate in the development life cycle by focusing on coding, testing, and debugging for website and web-, mobile applications
• Formulate concepts and ideas for additional products, developing tools and services that can be provided in the digital space
• Follow and implement trends and technologies of application program development
• Making a time planning per project and follow up on it
Key competences
• 2-3 years of experience in Back- End Web development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Advanced understanding of emerging web technologies
• Understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors, such as LESS and SASS
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (JQuery, angularjs, AJAX), HTML 5, Java and CSS 3
• Ability to program in web languages like PHP, Python, (ObjectC and Swift is a plus)
• Experience working with ADK framework
• Working knowledge of source control software SVN
• Familiarity with data structure such as JASN & XML
• Understanding of HTTP protocols
• Enthusiasm for innovation in the tech industry and continuous interest for development
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with varying priorities
• Good independent, self-motivated work skills
• Vision-driven and open-minded
• No 9-5 mentality
• Able to work in Pazhou, Guangzhou
