Our main job is to help our clients to find the manufacturers that meet their requirements and bridget the cultural/communication gap between foreign customers & Chinese suppliers.
We are new and small dynamic team but have been expanding fast for the past 8 months and moving into a new office at the end of next month. We are looking is energetic, ambitious people who can help us to find find suppliers that meet our customer's' requirements. The job involves to researching factories online, communicating the product details to the manufacturer's, write detailed factory reports in English for customers to review, managing the mass production, inspecting/shipping samples, factory visits and spot checks.

Job Duties:
1. Researching Factories - Management will tell you what the customer’s needs are and you will follow our guides on how to search for factories online in Cantonese/Mandarin. After you’ve gained some experience and we feel you have the ability to communicate with customers, you can provide information and answer questions from customers and factories.
2. Write Detailed Factory Reports - These reports are like brochures, including verified certificates of manufactures, production experience, capability, pricing and our evaluation the factories based on their level of professionalism. Which we send to customers for review.
3. Managing Mass Production - This involves mainly following up the production status of a product with the factory which we have chosen and send updated information to customers. Making sure the production has no problems or delays and informing managment & helping to resolve any problems that come up.
4. Manage samples. We had a system about how to manage the samples and you are supposed to take pictures of all those samples and test whether the samples work well or not , then you are required to upload the pictures and your feedback to our drive and make a spreadsheet of that.
5. Factory Inspections & Spot Checks - You will often accompany the boss to visit factories when negotiating contracts to translate, you will be arranged to go to factory to do a check on the products during mass production or prior to shipment.

6. 4th Year & Newly graduated university students will be our first option. However if you can come at least 4 days a week or work everyday from Monday to Friday - 3rd Year students will also be considered.

The offer:
1. Full-time (40hrs/week) 3,600 - 5,000CNY per month plus commissions depending on experience.
2. Part-time (20 - 30hrs/week) 1,800 - 3,000CNY per month plus commissions depending on experience.
3. One month paid probation/evaluation period
4. We pay for your lunch.

Work Time and Work Place:
1. 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m from Monday - Friday
