Job Responsibilities & Requirements
The marketing manager is the leader of 4-5 merchandiser.

Each merchandiser is in charge of one buyer and need to arrange the production with the factory according to the customer requirement.

The manager have to make sure :
-the team is following the company procedure to avoid mistake
-the team answer customer requests on time
-Confirm inspection report done by QC team after the merchandiser did the first confirmation
-Confirm General term and condition on sales contract
-Confirm that all the confirmation have been received for test report before releasing the shipment
-Confirm that all penalty and discount have been deducted before releasing payment
-Have to send reporting to customer and get the confirmation for late shipment if any.


Job Requirements
- Has to be open-minded, precise, fast and with strong negotiating skills.
- At least 5 years experience in factories or international trade are required.
- Good management skill, at least 2 years management experience.
- Perfect English is required, French is a plus.
