Duties & Responsibilty:
*Providing sales & marketing administrative support and assistance
*Handling travel arrangements for the sales and marketing department
*Scheduling meetings and conferences
*Collecting data and information and collating them into graphs and charts
*Taking minutes of the meeting and then typing out and distributing to all attendees
*Facilitating communication between the sales and marketing department and other departments of the organization
*Following up on customer orders
*Assistance in events management
*Main contact for chambers of commerce
*Answering phones
*Fixing appointments with clients
