Job Responsibilities & Requirements
◆Responsibilities for the position:
1、To make the development plan of new products according to company’s general plan and production needs.
2、To determine the development orientation of new products according to company’s development plan.
3、To search highly-feasible new products as the development object and set up development project.
4、To work out the standards for the development of new products according to the standards of the related industries and the demands of the market promotion.
5、To complete the tasks from general manager, for instance, communicate work with American parent company directly.
◆Requirements for the position:
1、Have got Master’s degree for more than two years, or graduated with Doctorate.
2、Major in food or chemical industry professionals will be a priority.
3、Fluent in English speaking, able to communicate with the foreigners directly.
4、Have a good health and morality.
5、Be proactive and dedicated to work and have a strong sense of responsibility.
