Job Responsibilities: - Design and develop instruction material for Chinese learners to learn English. - Research, develop and set up a curriculum after your concise analysis of a discipline According to company's curriculum development to finish the related tasks Benefits: - 12000RMB per month with 3 months probation - 14000-16000RMB per month after probation according to the working performance and teaching experience, if you pass the probation the difference is return. - Annual bonus is provided according to the yearly working performance, it's up to 30kRMB - Z visa is provided for qualified teachers Qualification - Native English speakers - Bachelor degree - TEFL/TESOL certificate - Two-year working experience - Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) The working schedule: - 40 working hours per week is including 20 teaching hours, two day off per week. - Student aged are from 3 to 15 years old - 6-12 students per class
