Sitting as a key member of the trading team, this person will be responsible all category creation and accuracy of all products and product descriptions.
Planning
•A key player in the online product critical path, working with the Merchandising team to ensure the Studio and Copy team are briefed with the timelines new seasons range.
Trading
•Review and analyse the product and category performance.
•Creation of all categories on the website and app.
•Gather all Product Descriptions and SEO elements from Copy Team and upload to website
•Uploading of Product images from the site.
•Manage the Website Availability and keep the team up to date with any availability issues.
•Visual Merchandising of Product on the website
•Set up of all online promotions
•Set up of Product Bundles
•Own the navigation set-up and layout.
Customer Experience
•Develop best in class approaches for product detail information, including copywriting, image selection, and sizing guides
•Working with Customer Service with any queries they may have.
