· Responsible for daily operation of GMAP projects in Guangzhou team, to monitor project progress and provide support and guidance in case of any difficulties found;
· Responsible for team management including job assignment, team building, recruitment, training, guidelines setting, information sharing, problem solving and reporting;
· To establish and maintain relationship with foreign certification bodies proactively;
· To improve work process consistently and aim for work efficiency enhancement
· To keep sales and engineering team posted about GMAP regulatory update and new service explored
· To support in GMAP related marketing activities such as seminar, newsletter, leaflet to enhance brand awareness
· To assist sales in GMAP quotation and client visits when requested
· To strengthen cross-divisional cooperation and communication proactively and efficiently
· To perform monthly performance analysis as well as other duties required by senior manager
Requirements：
· Bachelor ’s degree or above;
· 5-8 years experience in international approvals or similar are required, team leader experience preferred
· Good communication and interpersonal skills;
· Able to work under pressure and independently;
· Fluent written and spoken English
· Good at problem analysis, trouble shooting as well as training
· Diligence, strong sense of responsibility, high teamwork spirits
