In addition to owning 25 centers, Rise also operates a franchise business, extending its presence to over 100 learning approach that is uniquely different from traditional EFL centers
Position and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be offered full-time teaching positions with one–or two-year contracts.
Candidates should be available to start immediately, and can also expect involvement in the following:
1. intensive individual training in the RISE pedagogy and methodologies
2. providing training programmers to local Chinese teaching staff
3. contribution to curriculum development projects
4. class content planning
5. marketing and promotion work for prospective students/parents
In addition to having the educational qualifications described below, candidates should be caring, dedicated, patient with children, passionate about learning, and enthusiastic.
Educational Qualifications Required
Candidates should have at least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in English
Preference will also be given to candidates with the following:
1. Diploma or Masters in Education is preferred
2. EFL teaching diploma
3. Teaching experience at primary school level
