---Sourcing, developing, and following orders of shirt fabric and various of any other fabrics.
---Find good and reliable fabric suppliers with good quality and good price levels.
---Analyze and present various suppliers' prices, quality, service and delivery information.
---Negotiate with customers and suppliers, confirm prices, quality and delivery.
---Deal with contracts, invoices, agreements related to the productions.
---Solve problems quickly during sampling and production.
---Monitoring prices trends for fabric and yarn, creating and updating the fabric database.
---Coordinate with shipping and handle export documents.
---Complete other related works assigned by superior.
Requirements:
1. Above 3 years working experience in foreign trade company as fabrics merchandiser or in export oriented fabric factory
2. Fluent in both oral and written English.
3. Good experience in fabrics sourcing, development and fabric costing.
4. Should have thorough knowledge of spinning, weaving, dyeing, finishing and know inspection standards
5. Good knowledge and connections in fabric industry
6. Understanding of quality and testing requirements
7. Good understanding of important fabric quality and price parameters and their price impact
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good at negotiations
9. Effective team player, initiative and drive proactive and willing to work under pressure.
