| PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

· To lead and develop the production team to achieve production target. Implement timely production in line with quality requirement according to production planning.
SCOPE AND IMPACT:
· Supervision of the whole department
· Direct Subordinates are Production Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, Production Engineer and Production Statistician
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Well organize channel resources and lead production team to implement target according to production planning.
· Keep upgrading production efficiency to reduce production cost
· Ensure products delivered to all internal and external customers in compliance with quality specifications
· Directs maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, steam, electric power, gas, or air required for operations
· Set up and execute corrective and preventive actions for all machines, equipment and facilities
· Promote development of Production personnel in accordance with business objectives. This will include training solutions, training planning, maintenance of required competence and employee development activities
· Prepare the dept budget and control
· Establish Zero-accident work environment through by carrying out EHS policy.
· Provide accurate weekly and monthly production report, KDR report timely to BU.
· Constantly improve production process by application of tools like 5S, Kanban, Lean, etc.
· Have good communications with employees, encourage and push employee involvement and continuous improvement.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Required
· Bachelor degree in major of engineering, mechanics or related fields.
· 10 years work experience and 5+ years management experience in automobile manufacturing.
· Familiar with machinery process and manufacturing business.
· Knowledge/experience of 5S/Lean manufacturing, etc.
· Good communication skills and team player.
· Familiar with quality systems (i.e. QS9000, TS16949).
· Good command of English in both written and spoken.
· Leadership and coaching approach.
· Excellent interpersonal problem solving skill.
· Target-driven.
