2.Technical Recommendation and Testing
·Leads testing efforts and executes actual test activities.
·Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
·Works with client personnel to identify required changes, document and confirm to proceed to the next step of the development process
·Communicates needed changes to development team.

·Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.

Primary Tasks
1.Primary task is to play a vital role in the implementation of medium to large scaled projects and be responsible for project planning, requirements scoping, documentation, development, testing and deployment.
2.Working closely with other leading teams on CMS project deployment to all Star Cruises fleets.
3.Working directly with vendors and respective teams to conceptualise, build, test and realise products.
4.Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into comprehensive functional solutions
5.Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
Education
1.Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent at least 3 years work experiences in similar capacity
Experience
1.5 years working experiences for Senior System Business Analyst.
2.3 years working experiences for System Business Analyst
3.Preferably in the Hospitality, Casino or Cruise Ship industry.
Required Skills
1.SQL query and ETL knowledge
2.Basic server administrator skill set
3.Basic programming knowledge
4.Knowledgeable in Hospitality related systems, Membership Reward Management or Hotel System.
5.Experience in deploying system for multiple properties/regions.
6.Project and people management skills.
7.Strong change control and SDLC orientation.
8.Strong analytical skill in process definition; and able to lead & collaborate with team members.
9.Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
10.Customer and result oriented.
