- Communicate and work closely with the engineering team on reported problems or enhancements
- Potentially serve as product consultant to offer training to clients/internal staff
- Potentially work with or assist Sales Manager to consolidate product solutions for clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in English or Computer Science related
- Must be interested in Software or IT industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.(Above CET6/TEM4, TEM8 preferred) .
- Experience in oversea customer support is an advance
- Self-motivated and good problem solving skills, fast learner
- Must be able to work independently and under high pressure
