TITLE:
Technical Sales / Merchandiser
AVAILABILITY:
Mid September 2015 or short after
SALARY:
NET 8 - 10K/month according to experience, negotiation is possible.
TRIAL PERIOD:
3 months, after validation of trial period, 3 years employment contract (including 3 months).

With headquarter in Hong Kong, one office in Beijing and one office in Guangzhou, GOLDWAY is a French capital company leader in providing building material to French speaking areas.
Our main products are:
- Aluminum alloy
- All parts for windows and doors fabrication
- Fa？ade products: aluminum composite panels (ACP)
- Glassware, hardware
- Outdoors furniture like fence, wood composite flooring, etc.
MISSIONS:
Our Guangzhou Office is seeking a technical sales/ merchandiser for the orders following of different clients. This coordination role is a key position within our organization. Under the direction of Sales Director, he/she will be in charge of:
- Management of sales activities:
？ Understanding of clients’ requests;
？ Communication from sample validation until order confirmation;
？ Coordination with purchaser from sourcing, price negotiation until purchasing payment application;
？ Coordination with logistic person in order to assure orders execution;
？ Supervision of production and delivery;
？ Punctual on-site quality control and loading assistance with staff;
？ Establish and send sales proforma invoices to clients, price negotiation;
？ Participation to professional trading fairs to seek new suppliers and to enlarge clients’ portfolio;
？ Assist to suppliers evaluation.
- Activities in R&D
？ Understanding and forecast of market trend from clients;
？ Working together with products and marketing manager to assist to branding ranges products development;
？ Feasibility study from both financial and technical aspects.
PROFILES: The ideal candidate should have the following experiences or attribute: - Spoken and written French and English is the must, Chinese is a real advantage;
- Solution oriented is the key character to success;
- Experience in sales or client service environment preferred;
- Excellent communication skill + active listening;
- Hard work ethic;
- Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills
- Self motivated, organized and independent, able to work under pressure;
- Analytical skills to be able to define the technical specifications and different options of our products.
