| Guangzhou English Training Center for the Handicapped (GETCH) is going to hold a...Guangzhou English Training Center for the Handicapped (GETCH) is going to hold an Oral English course on almost every Sunday afternoon from September to early January for the non-disabled kids in the neighborhood so as to raise fund for the day-to-day operations of the school to help the disabled students with their education. A native English-speaking teacher is needed. Here is the relevant information:
1. Aims of the course: To help students with accuracy, fluency, vocabulary and grammar in spoken English, thus help them better prepare for the English interview to enter middle schools.
2. Students: We expect that there will be about 15 students aged 9-12.
3. Timeline: 4:10-5:30pm of every Sunday afternoon, from September 13th to the beginning of January, totally 15 afternoons.
4. Payment: RMB300/80 minutes (4:10PM-5:30PM), one class.
5. Textbook/Materials: The topics will be provided by the school, and there will be two textbooks for your reference.
6. Requirements: The teacher is expected to well prepare for the classes, including making PPT slides, handouts, etc. Also, we hope the teacher is able to make the classes interesting and be patient with the kids. Games, chants, songs…will be good for them.
