Responsibilities:
- Lead a development team including internal and external staffs to achieve agreed project objectives
- Implement and manage task to achieve project outputs, communicate with different parties on technical part
- Participate in project technical design
- Be responsible for development team’s delivery, track and review project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Ensure SDLC processes are followed
- Coach junior staff and provide input/assistance based on related experience and expertise
- Support team objectives and activities as well as personal job-related skill development

Key Competencies:
- 5+ years of industrial iOS/Android development experience is required
- 5+ years development experience on C, C++ or Java is required
- Insurance industry experience is advantage

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Minimum 5+ years of experience
- Project Management experience is preferred
