岗位职责Job responsibilities:
?Teach English (sections whereas appropriate such as speaking, listening, writing and reading), 12 hours per week.
?Plan and organize extra-class activities on weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis related to English and academic studies
?Coordinate with other teachers for the above activities
?Prepare audio and video materials (such as CNN news report, American and British Drama, movies, play, song , recitals and etc) for students to create good environment for study
?Communicate between students and teachers about the study matters
?Prepare and organize IETLTS entrance examinations upon the requests from Admission Officer
?Prepare and organize bulletin board and students work exhibition
?Organize students activities and demo class for marketing and recruitment purpose
?Assist Principal with documentation where necessary
?Organize class internal and external meetings to motivate students for better study
?Supervise and coach the students’ evening self-study and morning reading
?Be involved in formulating and implementing the policies and regulations regarding students’ academic performance and ethical conducts
?Record and report the students attendance situation and misbehavior
?Edit and collect students’ academic and performance report from academic team leader
?Assist Teaching Affairs Department to develop rules and regulations on students’ management .
?Communicate with students and students’ parents on demand.
?Assist the Third-Party Assesstment on testing and evaluation administration.
