We are a foreign trade e-commerce company located in Guangzhou. We are specialized in cell phone accessories like case, charger, cable etc. and going to explore more products. We export goods mainly to USA， Canada and Europe.
We are looking for customer service representatives who are responsible for handling foreign customers' daily emails and following up customers' issues. Establish good relationship with different kinds of customers overseas mainly in Germany. Looking for potential products online and meet customers' requirements.
Qualifications:
1. Good command of written and spoken GERMAN with some certain certifications
2. Be able to use Excel, Word
3. Basic English speaking
4. Work Time: 8am - 5pm M-F
5. Salary according to candidate skills and experience
