Create a reasonable exportation schedule per customer request
2.跟进工厂交货期，负责进出口货物的报关以及各种单证的审核和制作。
Follow up factory delivery schedule，in charge of import/export customs declaration, verify and create relative docmentation and certification
3.负责进出口货品在ERP系统中的数据进出记录。
In charge of data entrence of import/export goods in ERP system
4.跟进客户的付款情况。
Follow up customer payment status
5.负责公司所有海外快件/包裹的寄出管理。
In/out management of express of all oversea doc. or parcel
6.协助主管安排的其他工作。
Assist the assignment from supervisor.
职位要求 POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1.大专及以上学历，国际贸易、物流类相关专业。
College and above degreee, major in intertional trading or logistics
2.两年以上进出口运输、报关、商检工作经验。
More than 2 years of import/export transportation, customs declarance and commodity inpection experience
3.良好的英语听说写能力。
Good command of oral and written English, can have simple communication with foreign boss
4.熟悉ERP系统以及EXCEL 等办公软件的操作。
Be familar with ERP and OFFICE software such as EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK
5.综合素质：

1)熟悉如何查找海关商品代码。
Knowledge to search out H.S code of any kinds of items
2)熟悉相关报关报检流程，熟悉相应的国家法律法规。
Be fimilar with procedure of customs declaration and commodity inspection, and relative state legal regulations as well
3)熟悉广州机场及黄埔海关报关流程。
Be fimilar with GZ airport and GZ Huangpu customs declaration procedure
4)熟悉进出口物流的报价行情，良好的议价能力。
Be familar with import/export logistics quotation market, good at price negotiation.
5)持有报关/报检员资格证。
Qualificaiton certificate holder of customs/commodity inspection declarer
7.有服装、皮具、饰物行业相关职位工作经验优先考虑
Relative experience in garment, leather goods, accouterment industry is preferred
