Responsibilities:
1.Lead the staffing process based on business staffing requirements and budget.
2.Execute the recruiting strategies and solutions and be responsible for the completion of hiring goals.
3.Measure and analyze key recruiting metrics for the purpose of managing recruiting effectiveness. Build up and maintain talent pool.
4.Build up and execute the career ladder program to satisfy the staffing needs of the organizational development and the employee’s needs of career development.
5.Manage and maintain the relationship with recruitment vendor.
6.Assist in implementing training policies, organizing training programs and analyzing training feedback.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management or in other related field.
2.Strong execution ability and at least 5 years’ experience in HR field, with at least 2 years’ recruiting experience in manager role in foreign invested companies.
3.Have sound knowledge of Human Resource Management and deep understanding of recruitment.
4.Strong sourcing skills and be familiar with recruitment tools and channels.
5.Knowledge of HR related laws in terms of employment contract / hiring process etc. at both national and local level is a must.
6.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a mature attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
7.Proficient in both written and spoken English.
8.Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager role.
