1.Communicate effectively between china vendors and us account managers during development of consumer products.
2.Troubleshoot all aspects of product development and production for custom products.
3.Responsible for keeping project managers informed of all aspects of their project by managing expectations and clear communication.
4.Daily communication with divisional manager on all aspects related to development and production of projects.
5.Manage timelines and meet all deadlines for quotes and orders.
6.Negotiate costs and company policies with vendors.
7.Follow all internal processes for quotes and orders.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree.
2.Fluent in English is a must.
3.Experience in global sourcing. specific categories that Bamko works in are cut & sew, plush, glass, printed packaging, and injection molded plastics (primarily toys). experience in one or more of these categories is highly desired. however, overall experience with product and the product development and/or production process is most important.
4.Ability to juggle several projects at once, across several different product categories.
5.Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to troubleshoot difficult projects.
6.Strong analytical mind and negotiation skills.
7.Solid written and verbal communication skills.
8.Works well in a team environment and ready and willing to help the team in any capacity needed.
