Job Responsibilities
You are mainly responsible for the communication with our players, report their feedback to our gaming studios in order to improve our products, and make the games suitable for your market. Your specific duties as Game Operator includes:
- Helping and solving players’ questions from our customer support channel.
- Collect and report players' feedback from our communication channels to our gaming studios.
- Localise the game according to the targeted audience.
- Moderate our gaming communities and social media platforms.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor Degree, preferable in psychology, linguistic or marketing.
- Native Thai speaker with a good command of English (Chinese is a plus, but not necessary).
- Outgoing and personable personality. Team player and stress resistant.
- Preferable experience as Game Operator or Customer support, but not required (you will receive training).
