The Potential candidate daily work tasks is as follow :
- Contact our foreign customer's China suppliers and fix a date for quality inspection
- Organize our quality inspectors (QC) schedule
- Prepare all the necessary inspection documents and cheklists for our quality inspectors
- After inspection is done, verify and validate the final quality control report, then send it to customer
Requirements and Quality for this job :
1- Need to have a perfect spoken and written english.Candidates will be tested about their english level when they will interview with a foreigner
2 - This job is an office job, there is no business travel opportunity.So the candidates need to love Office job, being in an office during all day
3 - This job involves a lot of documents writing, so candidates need to like using word, excel and make documents
4 - Candidates have to be serious in their work, ready to take responsabilities for their job, and ready to make everything they can for the company to improve every day.
5 - Having an experience of Quality inspection or at least knowledge of what is quality inspection / Quality control is a big PLUS
6- Need to have International Trade working experience and understand what foreign customers are expected about product quality
7 - Need to have good computer skills
8 - Need to be prepared to work for a "small" company.People only prepared to work for Big companies please do not send your resume
