The ideal candidate will possess:
1.An undergraduate degree related with Garments, English, or Computer Science.
2.At least 1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant in a trading company (preferably garments)
3.Strong command of both written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese included).
4.High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
1.Managing multiple Excel spreadsheets.
2.Creating packing lists for outgoing shipments.
3.Communicating with overseas office in English via e-mail.
4.Interpreting for overseas designers when in China.
5.Responding timely to internal and external inquiries.
6.Sometimes you need to go to zhongda Market.
