Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Job responsibilities:

- Follow up all the purchase orders. Make sure the assistant understand the purchase procedure.
- Co-operate with suppliers for all the details about the products and purchase orders. To make sure everything is clear on both supplier’s & customer’s side.
- Follow up samples report and the orders situation.
- Make sure the general sales and purchase conditions are correct and to update access.
- Being the bridge between the customer and suppliers.
- Christmas decoration knowledge will be an advantage

Profile:
- Profile has to be open-minded, precise, fast and with strong negotiating skills.
- At least 4 years experience in factories or international trade are required.
- Good management skill, at least 2 years management experience.
- Perfect English is required, French is a plus.
Company location is 7 minutes walking distance from Yancun metro station.
