-Collaborates with Senior IM & RBWM Analytics Manager to determine and prioritize immediate information requirements, and anticipate future BI/MI, Campaign, and data management needs. Manages IM team to work on prioritized BI/MI, Campaign, data management processes and critical Sr. Mgmt ad-hoc requests.
-Ensures IM team monitors and tests data management processes for quality, system accuracy, accessibility, stability and security in support of current and future business initiatives.
-Consults RBWM analytic staff to ensure optimal data sources are used for modelling, product & network analytics and business analysis.

-Manages IM team towards the integration of external and internal data to support RBWM analytics
-Solves technically complex programming projects in assigned area. Translates loosely defined business problems into a set of objectives, criteria and logical specifications so a programming solution can be developed. Develops, tests and writes highly complex application programs, queries and profiles according to specification. Develops, maintains and shares libraries of efficient and effective programming techniques with analysts across the organization.
-Manages the content and effectiveness of the information infrastructure including the Enterprise Data warehouse, Oracle and SAS data marts, Reporting and Access Tools and the quality and accuracy of the content. Defines opportunities for enhancement, presents solutions and executes to continually evolve and enhance infrastructure to be more encompassing, effective and efficient. Develops business requirements, database design, coding, testing, documentation, implementation and end-user training. Develops project plans and executes data mart development assignments.
Requirements:
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, Social Science and eight years experience in a computing or information science oriented area or a Master’s degree and six years experience in a computing or information science oriented area. This position requires: excellent management, project management, organizational, analytical and technical skills; demonstrated proficiency in programming in SAS, Easytrieve, COBOL, SQL, PEARL, or JAVA; demonstrated ability in managing a multitude of projects and requests of varying degrees of complexity; a commitment to provide a high degree of customer service to both internal and external clients; the ability to actively listen, interview and apply information from meetings to complete assigned tasks; excellent cognitive and mathematical aptitude; excellent analytical, management, project management and organizational skills; and strong interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
