Purpose of the role:
Develops relationships with areas and portfolios in need of information support and defines the operational boundaries and framework. Develops the infrastructure to provide strategic and tactical information support to assigned area or portfolio. Assumes control of campaign management projects and manages project teams according to the process and timelines. Oversees process reengineering and system infrastructure development to enhance information delivery throughout the customer contact process.

Job Duties:
- Establishes the vision and objectives for assigned area. Assigns large scale corporate or business initiatives to appropriate teams. Performs high-level review of finished projects or work-in-progress to ensure correctness, accuracy and conformance to business requirements and corporate objectives. Defines the relevance and significance of projects;
- Ensures the delivery of information to support the strategic and tactical information needs of the organization. Oversees the integrating and staging of data and the development of the Data Warehouse and - Data Marts for use by analysts throughout the organization. Jointly defines business initiatives with senior management, develops business requirements with business analysts, assigns resources, and implements solutions. Interfaces with the business unit, increasing awareness on how to leverage information and providing support to increase the utility of the information solution by the end users;
- Collaborate with business community to prioritize requirements, deliver effective solutions, and manage their expectations to achieve and sustain high level customer satisfaction;
- Serves as the primary interface between the business community and department. Leverages the information infrastructure to support business community information needs. Identifies areas of need, develops levels of awareness of available resources, and mobilizes existing resources to provide information support to generate incremental value for the organization. Interfaces with the business unit to identify major initiatives, set goals, assign resources and review and approve project plans;
- Develops the information required to manage the customer relationship, employs in the decision engine and leverages information in all channels of customer contact management process;
- Acts as the senior technical member of assigned area. Solves technical issues for assigned area and provides technical support to staff as required;
- Identifies and develops new data sources for use throughout the organization. Develops data sources, stages for immediate use, designs a process or plan for integration into overall infrastructure and manages integration to completion;
- Develop and enhance the analytical and technical capability and expertise of the team by providing the effective coaching and on-job training;
- Ascertain the team structure optimizes skills, the development of career plan for team members, and up-keeping the team morale through the effective management of a team of specialists;
- Manages internal and external resources, processes and projects to develop key information sources and deliverables to provide the business with an easy-to-use structure containing the strategic information necessary to perform complex analysis, modeling and segmentation. Oversees the development of cost-effective code for assigned projects. Manages the automation of repetitive programming steps to reduce the need for manual intervention. Oversees the maintenance of generated programs, queries and profiles to make certain organizational computer and information resources are leveraged efficiently;

Remarks
Requirement:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, Social Science;
- Ten years experience in a computing or information science oriented area;
- Excellent management, project management, organizational, analytical and technical skills;
- Demonstrated proficiency in programming in SAS, Easytrieve, COBOL, SQL, PERL, or JAVA;
- Demonstrated ability in managing a multitude of projects and requests of varying degrees of complexity;
- A commitment to provide a high degree of customer service to both internal and external clients;
- The ability to actively listen, interview and apply information from meetings to complete assigned tasks;
- Excellent cognitive and mathematical aptitude; and strong interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
