Job Duties:
-Work independently in user requirement gathering, project walkthrough, UAT preparation and execution, system post implementation support and documentation;
-Coordinate and control quality of UAT with business user and associated applications developed by the IT department;
-Coordinate various IT teams for production incident investigation and propose solution to resolve the production issues;
-Have solid knowledge of the Bank’s technologies and tools such as existing functionality, report writers, interface and other system features;
-Understand the structure, functionality and administration procedure of responsible systems. -Deliver cost effective business solutions to users and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
-Degree holder in computer science, business or related discipline;
-Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in system support and development;
-Knowledge in finance and pension product is an advantage;
-Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure;
-An analytical mind with good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
-Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills;
-Basic knowledge in MS OFFICE programming and automation;
-Rotating shift: 05:00 to 23:00
