WORKING HOURS: Working hours 9am-6:00pm, 5days/week
SALARY RANGE: RMB8,000-10,000 depends on English/Attitude and Experience.
An established Fashion company based in Guangzhou has a new requirement for a Sourcing manager due to find the best suppliers, the best price and the best sellers.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing, identifying, evaluating new vendors according to our company standard.
- Sources new CMT vendors at the most competitive price within reliable quality.
- Actively seek and understand company focus areas and needs of better buying
- Negotiate the best payment term and condition with vendors for the company
- Solve problems in sample development or production.
- Together with the team, set relevant action plans and goals
Requirement:
- Have at least 3-5years experience of sourcing manager of fashion lady styles garments.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of product development & purchasing process, working method and timeline
- Strong ability to communicate complex data/information in a simple way by using tools such as excel
- Good knowledge about production markets concerning price, quality, capacity, capabilities and lead times
