Reviewing performances ,disciplinary actions ,orienting new teachers ,and providing guidance and leadership to all staff members.
3 Aid to recruitment of other non-teaching staff members
4 To prepare the monthly salary list
5 To cover classes when needed for teachers who are ill or on holiday.
6 To observe classea and give feedback on teaching quality
7 To contact with foreign teacher recruiting agent constanly , and keeping good relationship with them .
8To design and update teachers’ recruitment advertisement , and post in the world major website of the teachers’ recruitment with proper price.
Salary : annual salary :250000—300000. Plus bonus.
