The qualified candidates should be:
a) English native speaker
b) Bachelor Degree at least, with more than 2 years formal teaching experience, prior to the experience of teaching IELTS.
c) Workload: 14-18 class hours per week
d) In excellent physical condition; the teacher must take and pass the physical fitness test
