Job Description
1、 Recognised and committed to ELFA education philosophy, maintaining the overall image of ELFA Preschool.
2、 Be responsible to the principal for all organization, administration, and supervision within his assigned areas of responsibility; contribute to the development of ELFA Preschool’s culture and curriculum.
3、Fully responsible for the foreign teachers recruitment, registration, training, evaluation, personnel arrangement, etc
4、Assume strict confidentiality obligation for employment remuneration, all significant matters, and staffs’ personal information and wages.
5、Coordinating all kinds of affairs of foreign teachers.
6、Responsible for the translation of external publicity materials.
7、Responsible for the planning and implementation of major western festival activities (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.)
8、Responsible for the creation of campus environment, reflects the campus multicultural environment.
9、Abide by all the rules of the preschool, do not involve in any unscheduled absence, tardiness, or unscheduled early departure. Acceptance of any cash or gifts from parents and guardians is strictly prohibited. Do not at any time engage directly or indirectly in any other business or occupation or any activities with other organizations. No alcoholic, do not drink alcohol during working hours, limits of smoking, and consciously perform the "Employee Handbook"
10、Assist in monitoring the evening classes, participate in campus opening activities, community activities, etc.
