Located to the east of Ling Nan Avenue and covering an area of 0.3 million square meters, it is home to many European industrial and service enterprises. The Center has set up Enterprise Service Center for European SMEs to provide integrated services for European enterprises and aims to pave way for their access to the China market with a zero-threshold, low-risk and cost-effective service fast track. Position: Customer Service Specialist (full time or part time)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Deliver customer services to the customers, i.e. foreign enterprises and their employees or other businesses with foreign business connections and build a customer-service record.
2. Develop customer service plans and follow up needs of customers, execute plans and review results.
3. Make visits to customers on periodic and ad-hoc basis, and improve weak service items.
4. Understand customers’ needs in both business and cultural events, and address those needs by participating in event planning, promotions and execution.
Key Work:
1.Focus on customers’ needs for their business and cultural events. Offer high-quality and efficient services for foreign companies.
2.Understand clearly the working dynamics and public resources available, and mobilize resources to meet customers’ demand.
3.Create a business-friendly environment for the customers in Foshan to foster better business cooperation, investment and exchanges of talent and technologies.
Qualifications:
1.European nationals are preferred.
2.Male or female aged 25 -- 35.
3.Degree: international business, hospitality management, international finance or other management/service degrees.
4.Language: fluent in Chinese and English listening, speaking and writing. German is a plus.
5.Good personality, adaptability with Chinese culture, good image and sense of service are all valued traits.
