Based in Dongguan
Our client is a European design-led electronics technology solutions group with operations in South China. Their business and products include Wireless, Interface & Displays, Power and Stontronics. Recently they are seeking for an Engineering Manager to join their site in Dongguan.
Report to the GM, this position will be responsible for daily operation management of engineering team on Product, Test, Manufacturing engineering function, providing full support to NPI process, on-time delivery and feedback to customer. This role will be also responsible for utilizing plant personnel and equipment to maximize productivity and cost effectiveness to meet business plan, demonstrating leadership across department boundaries to safely produce a quality product, at the lowest possible cost, while keeping environmental compliant.
To excel this role, you will be a degree holder with major in Electronics Engineering or relative, with more than 10 years solid experience in engineering filed, including 5 years working as manager or above role. Regarding language, speaking fluent English and Chinese is required.
