1) Native English speakers from USA. UK, Australia, Canada, New zealand.
2) No more than 40 years old, best female teacher.
3) Education: 4-year University/College degree or higher are desired
4) Should have two years teaching experience in the educational fields( public schools, private schools or training centers)
5) Post your all documents (include resume, copy of the first page of your passport. Copy of your highest degree and teaching certificates, if any, One recent color photo and a self-introduction video)
Teaching condition:
1/Salary is RMB 10000 RMB （plus 1000 RMB house benefits per month）
2/work schedule: 20 working hours plus 6 office hours per week
3/ Student level: 8-16 years old
4/provide free furnished apartment: No
5/ provide 2 month of vacation per year
6/provide working visa, residence permit.
The role:
The Teacher position is an essential and key position in KidCastle English schools. The responsibilities mainly include preparing and delivering lessons, administering and reporting students’ learning progress and coordinating with other functions to maintain effective relations.
You will:
Ø Prepare and carry out lessons as assigned by the Director of Studies
Ø Correct, record and administer the results of quizzes, tests, assessments and progress report for students
Ø Communicate students’progress and action plans with parents via phone and parent-teacher meetings
Ø Assist in the placement testing and interviewing for new students enrollment
Ø Carry out academic events including demo lessons, parent academy and life clubs
Ø Attend teacher training presentations and workshops for own development
Ø Substitute for absent colleag
