Job details:
Provide English course to students of all ages (2 to 12 mainly);
Provide demonstration classes to new and prospective students and participate in marketing activities;
Attend weekly meetings, training, workshops and do all required paperwork (lesson plans, study plans, activity planning, and other tasks);
Handle class sizes from 4-6;
5 working days per week, available (must work) on weekend;
Working hours per week: 35 (30 Classes + non-teaching); each class is 40 minutes long
Compensation and benefits:
Basic salary: 16,000+ RMB per month
Bonus system:
Contract completion bonus: up to 15K RMB
Bonus for new teachers: 5K RMB
Overtime pay : 150 RMB/class
Quarterly bonus: depends
Bonus for enrollment: 1K RMB/1 student
Allowance system:
Housing allowance: 2K RMB
Flight allowance: 6K RMB
Sign-in allowance: 6K RMB
