Working conditions
- Student age range:3 - 12 (mainly); 12 - 50 (teenagers and adults).
- Class size: One on One – Five students per class.
- Class length: 45 minutes (small group); 50 mins (one on one class).
- Working Hours: 35 hours (Teaching + office )per week, (can be scheduled between 08:00 and 21:30 from Wednesday to Sunday).
- Curriculum: General English, Business English, IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, ACT, SAT, subject English ETC, it will be introduced in the interview.
- Training: 1 - 2 hours, the training schedule shall be followed.
Offer and package
- Visa: Sponsored legal Z Work Visa.
- Arrival: Airport Pickup assistance.
- On boarding: Ground service assistance.
Your compensation will include:
- Monthly income: 14000 - 18000 RMB
- Housing allowance: 2000 RMB
Additional Payments:
- Airfare Bonus: 6000 RMB will be reimbursed when the one-year contract is fulfilled.
- Over time: 170 RMB per hour for each one to one, 200 RMB per hour for each small group.
- Insurance: Accident insurance.
- Public Holiday: Chinese public holidays.
Other benefits include:
Teacher referral bonus: 300 – 1,000 RMB per teacher.
Student contract renewal bonus 50 – 500 RMB per student.
