They’re seeking extremely bright and motivated individuals, eager to mentor ambitious Chinese high school students with their personal development in terms of extracurricular development activities, and improvement of soft skills.

Specific responsibilities will include:
• Teaching Western skills like networking, extracurricular development, as well as career advisory.
• Teaching leadership development, soft skills, etc. – all the things that makes Western-style education coveted around the world.
• Developing new curricula for Chinese students who desperately need access to Western experiences and points of view.
• Assisting Chinese students with their college planning and applications.
Job Qualifications:
• Graduate of an American top 30 college or university
• Fresh graduate, or previous related work experience, both of interest
• Eager to mentor motivated Chinese students, ages 14-18
• Location: Chengdu
• Contract length: One year (with the possibility of extension or promotion if desired)
• Compensation package:
Base Salary: RMB 20-25.000/month
