• Delivers the OIC curriculum through the timetable, ensuring that the curricular scope and sequence, as well as instructional strategies, reflect OIC’s philosophy and objectives;
• Prepares all staff and student timetables throughout the year;
• Ensures that all students are measured against a CAT test on entry;
• Contributes to formulating the school’s plans and overall educational programmes;
• Helps align the use of resources to the schools’ academic performance targets. Identifies and recommends cost-effective and practical solutions;
• Represents the school to the student and parent community and plays a key role in marketing the schools and programmes;
• Contributes to designing and implements professional development strategies that address instructional development priorities defined by student achievement and the individually identified needs of staff members;
• Contributes to developing and implementing the school’s strategic development plan, contributes to financial and physical planning;
• Contributes to establishing, and overseeing the implementation of, and compliance with, operational procedures, rules, and standards relating to faculty and staff and other operational procedures;
• Ensures teams adhere to timelines and plan ahead of time is the key examinations contact between the school and the examining bodies
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree or above.
• Well know about the IELTS education system.
• Have more than two years experience in similer role of head of grade or director of teaching.
• Have a more than five people`s Team management experience.
• Candidate is the believers of Islam will be preferred.
• Candidate shall be integrity, clear and open communication, high standards, and an understanding of the needs and interests of students and parents, and staff
• Candidate shall has excellent verbal and written communication skills, and relates positively to students, staff and parents, inspiring them with confidence in the school.
• Candidate shall has optimistic, resilient, and has a well-developed sense of proportion and humour.
• Salary and Welfare:
Around 400,000RMB a year (Include Salary, Rent subsidies, Relocation subsidies, Flight allowance, Medical insurance, Work Visa and so on. Accompanying the husband or the wife shall have equal treatment of Flight allowance&Medical insurance)
• Contract:
Signe two-years contract.
