He/she has a proven capacity to respond to changing needs with vision, and to translate vision into practical reality. He/she has a strong commitment to quality and sharing best practices in learning and teaching.
4. He/she has a higher-level understanding of, and interest in developing academic best practices in the context of a secondary, cross-cultural institution and pathways to higher education.

• Responsibilities
1. delivers the OIC curriculum through the timetable, ensuring that the curricular scope and sequence, as well as instructional strategies, reflect OIC’s philosophy and objectives;
2. Prepares all staff and student timetables throughout the year;
3. Ensures that all students are measured against a CAT test on entry, and that this is part of the evaluative tools used to measure teacher performance and student progress;
4. Contributes to formulating the school’s plans and overall educational programmes;
5. Helps align the use of resources (time, people, funding) to the schools’ academic performance targets. Identifies and recommends cost-effective and practical solutions;
6. Represents the school to the student and parent community and plays a key role in marketing the schools and programmes, including meeting existing and potential parents regularly, participating in and speaking at promotional and educational events;
• Salary and Welfare: Around 400,000 a year
(include Salary, Rent subsidies, Relocation subsidies, Flight allowance, Medical insurance, Work Visa and so on.
