1. This position provide service for Embassy and provides transportation services as needed.
2. The main responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to provide safe and efficient driving and transportation services to the mission.
3. Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and carry out minor repairs, and report any faults, replacement requirements or accidents as soon as possible.
4. Provide convenience for vehicle maintenance, repair and annual inspection
5. Maintain and update vehicle records and insurance, and purchase fuel in accordance with relevant regulations
6. Undertake procurement and temporary tasks as needed
7. Provide assistance for activities and delegation visits
8. Perform small-scale handling tasks as needed
9. Perform other and backup duties as needed
Job Requirements:
1. in good health, alcohol and other bad habits
2. Have professional and proficient driving skills and a valid driver's license, and have relevant 10 years work experience, and have no major traffic accidents in the last 3 years
3. Be familiar with Beijing's road conditions and traffic regulations, cherish the vehicle, keep the vehicle clean, and be familiar with the performance of the vehicle
4. basic communication skill in spoken and written English
5. Pay attention to details and be able to distinguish priorities
6. Have safety awareness, service awareness and good teamwork skills
7. Be prepared to work overtime from time to time
