We're looking for an intern to help teaching employees at our Beijing offices.
Work duties:
1. Provide quality English tutoring service;
2. Nurture students' interests as well as learning techniques and habits;
3. Participate in training sessions to improve teaching skills and produce quality instructional materials/lesson plans;
4. Support translation and proofreading efforts within the department to facilitate efficient collaboration and communication across global teams.
Requirements
1. A class of 2024 or later with English/Education-related majors is preferred;
2. Enthusiastic, communicative, passionate, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure;
3. A good orator who can present well-organized lessons with clear logic, engaging style, and a sense of humor; able to use differentiated instruction strategies and inspire proactive learning.
