We leverage knowledge of Chinese payment system development to build efficient and user friendly experiences for international markets, particularly in Latin America.
We specialize in cross-border and local payment solutions and have seen rapid growth in recent years.
We are looking for a new role as Product Designer based in Beijing to help us lead our products to the next level. You will work with all of Pasgmile’s awesome teams: Software Developers, Account Managers, and Compliance on product design and development from the requirements analysis phase throughout to prototype and feature launch-the whole product cycle. Your insights and creativity paired with a great communication strategy, will bring cohesion from product to merchant and their customers.
Taks:
1. Responsible for product and feature exploration, mind-mapping, prototyping and design and go to market analysis and proposition
2. Regular reporting to CEO and Department Leads
3. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize features, develop prototypes, and ensure timely product delivery
4. Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends for optimization.
5. Work with the Development team to design product solutions for better payment experiences
6. Create user stories and update or create new features; your own knowledge of the product assists the product team to make clear decisions and implementations
7. Continuous research of new product trends and technologies, sharing learning materials with internal teams as needed
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in related field
2. More than 3 years of product design related work experience (in FinTech and/or payments industry preferred)-projects acceptable
3. Strong understanding of payment industry flow, trends, and regulatory environment.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end product design lifecycle, from concept to launch.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.
6. Excellent project management skills
7. Strong ininterpersonal skills able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. UX/UI product diagrams and design experience for feature analysis and design (interface design software and other web applications)
9. Participated in product design, development, and dashboards having a solid foundation on payment solutions products
10. Familiar with an array of project and task management tools and programs (i.e. Trello, Jira, Notion)
11. Proficient in English and good Mandarin (can use as working languages), Portuguese language highly desirable
