- No matter the topic, you’re able to put it into words that make it real.
- You bring fresh thinking, elevated creativity and great ideas to every assignment.
- You’ll work within a strategy team and collaborate actively with account managers and strategists to produce copy from conception to completion.
- You can juggle multiple projects simultaneously and be open to feedback and adapting to direction (while confidently outlining the rationale and choices that back your work).

- You’ll participate in client meetings, creative brainstorms, new business, and agency development.
You’re Responsible For
- Writing short and long-form copy including brand slogan, idea, story, messages for digital/social copy, pitch documents and a range of campaign support material.
- Adhering to multiple brand voices, often in the same day, to ensure consistency.
- Reporting to a Strategy Director but as part of a larger team
- Reading to the very end of a document and recognizing when something doesn’t seem right.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 3-5 years of copywriting experience
- Native Chinese speaker and bi-lingual (Mandarin and English)
- Strong understanding of the best practices on social platforms and social media experience to create compelling and sharable content.
- Creative thinker
- The ability to familiarize yourself quickly with brand voices - and the range to write authentically for a variety of brand types.
