Job Description
Develop schemes of work and lesson plans based on and led by the observed needs and interests of the learners;
Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities, field trips that facilitate child centered, inquiry based, active learning experiences;
Create a classroom environment that is safe and stimulating;
Develop and use appropriate procedures for classroom management, positive guidance and conflict resolution;
Document the learner’s progress throughout the year by observing, collecting, assessing and collating student's work;
Keep daily instant active communication with parents;
Participate in department and school meetings, parent meetings;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above (early childhood education related majors preferred);
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
Clear criminal background check;
Previous teaching experience in kindergartens (1 year) or training centers (2 years) required;
Salary and Benefits
Salary range 27,000 to 35,000 RMB (after tax) per month;
