We’re looking for a copy editor to join our editorial team and be responsible for the copy-editing, proofreading, and overseeing corrections of Jingkids products. The candidate should demonstrate a methodical, systems-based approach to ensuring that any written matter published by the company is clear, correct, concise, complete, and consistent. The copy editor is also responsible for instilling standards of journalistic professionalism in staff editors by providing critiques during planning and editing, and leading educational seminars and on-boarding training for incoming editors.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree with major in English, journalism, or related fields and at least two years of relevant work experience.
