Job Description:
• Planning and teaching ELA classes, Grades 10-12
• Ensuring all curriculum, school and state requirements are met
• Providing supplemental instructions for American Culture and/or College Preparation
• Evaluating students and providing monthly, mid and end of term reports
• Influencing and motivating students to deliver outstanding performance
• Taking part in “extension class” and school-sponsored cultural activities
• Supporting marketing and recruiting activities
• Reporting to and liaising with the teaching director
• Based in Beijing
Office Hour:
8 hours per day, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Teaching Hour:
Maximum 20 hours per week
Location: near guangqumennei station on line 7
Requirements:
English native speaker currently based in China
Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
TESOL Certificate required
Minimum of 2 years relevant teaching experience and references, high school teaching experience in
China of 3 years and above preferred
Easygoing and outgoing candidates are preferred
Candidates with the capacity to teach other courses such as drama, visual arts, business or maths are
preferred
Salary and Benefits:
RMB30,000-35000 with house allowance5,000 a month, paid one month salary for summer and one month salary for winter vacation. Medicle insurance.
