Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in direct B2B sales, business development and/or client acquisition.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in mobile development.
- Experience recruiting and managing mobile app developers at a tech company or helping mobile apps achieve ecosystem success.
- Understanding of online/digital industry's challenges, vision for its growth, and commitment to advancing forward-looking strategies within the market place.
- Knowledge of and established relationships within the online advertising industry.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a marketing strategy.
- Ability to develop agreements with excellent public-speaking, and written and verbal presentation and communication skills.
